Big Biller is as affordable as it is powerful. A one-user license is just $55 per month, and additional users can be added at a cost of $15 per month.

The best part? There is no long-term contractual obligation. You pay for Big Biller on a month-to-month basis, providing you with freedom and flexibility that many software packages do not offer.

Data Conversion

When converting data from another software package, Big Biller does charge a conversion fee. The amount of the fee depends upon the amount and type of data being converted.

Basic resume parsing—$50, plus two cents per record

Excel Spread Sheet—$125, plus two cents per record

Mapping of an Entire Database—$275, plus two cents per record

(Note: a $50 variable programming fee may apply to special data conversion requests.)

Data storage

Your first 50 megabytes of data in Big Biller is included in your base price. If you exceed 50 megabytes, the extra cost is only $1 per month for each additional 10 megabytes of space.

Web Site Services

Big Biller also offers a variety of Web site options designed to increase productivity. Two of these options revolve around Big Biller’s Plug-In feature. This feature allows the job orders and/or candidates you house in Big Biller to be shown on your existing Web site, thus enabling candidates to nominate themselves for open positions and hiring managers to view candidates of interest.

Big Biller users can choose either our Silver Web Site Plug-In or our Gold Web Site Plug-In. With the Silver, you have the choice of posting either your candidates or job orders on the site. With the Gold, you’ll have the ability to post both. Both sites have a $295 up-front programming cost. The Silver is then $40/month, while the Gold is $75/month.

If you’d like, Big Biller can also build a Web site from scratch, one containing either a Silver or Gold Plug-In. The cost for a full-build site is $1,295 up-front, in addition to the monthly charges mentioned above. Click here to view some samples.
